Astral hygiene course

This course is to introduce you to Astro hygiene. What does that mean?
We’ll I know a lot of us know about physical hygiene and the health of our physical body, emotional body spiritual body.
There’s lots of other “bodies “ that are involved in effecting our overall health & vitality. In this Astro hygiene course we are going to tune into all of them  & strengthen our aura, everything else will align from there once we are in alignment!

Everything else that’s out of alignment will automatically vibrate out of our realities. This is where true health comes from. The experiences of just being the best version of yourself now  and allowing everything that is non-beneficial vibrate out of our reality.
In this course we will cover techniques, practices, science, metaphysics, and spirituality that all support our ultimate vitality and rejuvenation.
