During my awakening journey I experienced many “out of this world” things in which no one in my life at those times understood. Although parts of me felt alone, the curiosity to dig deeper into the subtle and not so subtle nudges ranging from ET visits, synchronicity’s, prophetic dreams And what I now know and understand to be psychic gifts. 

I devoted my life to understanding and healing my mental and physical health. What I discovered along the way is most of my mental and physical previous issues we’re deeper than what regular therapy could assist me in comprehending.

When I started awakening more to my galactic multidimensional Self and accepting my gifts while implementing spiritual practices for optimal health in all areas of life,my life transformed! My nervous system reset, I became coherent And able to navigate myself through challenges while also creating a life that allowed me to no longer feel homesick but to embody my galactic self here in this physical incarnation now!

I now know that part of my purpose is to assist others on similar paths that may still be not wanting to be here on earth or going through challenges and not having any support or anyone believing or understanding the out of this world things  they may be experiencing. 

I am trained in mindful meditation cognitive behavioral therapy, theta healing and Dolores cannon QHHT quantum healing hypnosis technique yet my sessions are more based on the wisdom that I’ve gained along my personal journey and the ability to connect with you on a soul level  Or perhaps galactic soul level. 

I am currently in the process of writing my book “the awakening journey of a Starseed” which is my personal story from darkness into light for I lived  My younger days in a very dark place dealing with a lot of trauma in multiple areas of life, mental health seemed to be the biggest theme which covered Various issues many may find themselves going through.
17 years ago I began seeking alternative guidance to shift my perspective and stabilize my mental and physical health, throughout the years I have gained many tools! 

I am here for those whom are called to work with me, Assisting you with a perspective shift, insight, tools, lifestyle changes And more clarity on your purpose.
